 Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you, therefore, we request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.

Insurance and Billing
Our office is dedicated to helping you get the most benefit from your insurance. Because insurance policies vary, we can estimate your coverage, but cannot in good faith guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Remember, dental insurance is a contract signed between your employer and the insurance company, it has little to do with your actual dental needs. However, our office manager, Jennifer, has 12 years of experience in dealing with these dental insurance companies and will make every effort to obtain coverage for our patients. She will file all required paperwork on the day you receive treatment. Unless other arrangements have been made prior to your appointment, your balance is due at the time of treatment. Your insurance check will arrive to reimburse you, generally within two to four weeks. If after 30 days you have not received your insurance benefit, please call our office. If you have any questions, we will be more than happy to answer them.

Payment Options
 Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. We also offer a 10% Senior Citizen discount.

Additionally, we will submit all insurance claims for you.
